Monday - Junior boxing 04:30pm to 05:30pm / Intermediate 05:30pm to 06:30pm

Tuesday - All levels boxing 05:0m to 06:00pm

Wednesday - Junior boxing 04:30pm to 05:30pm / Intermediate 05:30pm to 06:30pm

Thursday - All levels boxing 05:0m to 06:00pm

Boxing is for everyone, men, women, and Kids. At first you will learn techniques and how to protect yourself and then if you wish you can progress all the way into the ring. Boxing is a competitive sport and teaches discipline to all who participate. Boxing is fun and is a great way of keeping fit.
